LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Once again the Extension and Community Association is offering their $1,000 scholarship to 4-high school students (1 from each of the public high schools). Please encourage your students to apply! Deadline is April 8, 2022.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CRITERIA:
All students are eligible to apply, however priority will be placed on applicants who are pursuing a career in Family and Consumer Sciences (health or food & nutrition, child development or early childhood development), agriculture, natural resources, forestry, 4-H, community and resource development, or other fields closely identified with the program areas of the NC Cooperative Extension Service.
Academic achievement, activities and honors and financial need.
Applicants must be residents of North Carolina and attending a North Carolina College or Community College.
Must be currently attending a High School in Lincoln County.
