William Stephans is requesting the rezoning of a 2.74-acre tract from R-SF (Residential Single-Family) to CZ I-G (Conditional Zoning General Industrial) to permit an auto body repair and paint shop. The property is located on the south eastern corner of the intersection of N.C. 27 and Rhyne Forest Road in Ironton Township.

A community involvement meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 6 p.m. to provide information about the proposal and to receive comments prior to a public hearing. Garden Street Communities Southeast, LLC is requesting the rezoning of a 72.9-acre tract from R-SF (Residential Single-Family) to PD-R (Planned Development-Residential) to permit a subdivision with up to 75 single-family detached homes. The property is located on the south side of N.C. 182 at Gainsville Church Road in Howards Creek Township.
