Photographer Bill Ward, who lives in Stanley and provides professional quality photos to the Lincoln Herald and other news outlets recently provided us with photos of the Tree Lighting, the swearing in of those elected to City Council and the mayor for their new terms, and the town getting the national motto "In God We Trust" installed over the entrance to City Hall.
